SAFETY ROCKS FUEL HER VOICE®
Terms and Conditions — Brands Hatch 2026
Safety Rocks Fuel Her Voice® (“the Competition”) is run by Safety Rocks Limited (“Safety Rocks”, “we”, “us”), Compass House, Vision Park, Histon, CB24 9AD (registered office: Ingle House, Oldman Court, St Ives, PE27 5DN), in partnership with Girls on Track UK, Motorsport UK and the Wera Tools F4 British Championship.
2. The Competition
This round of the Competition is tied to the Wera Tools F4 British Championship race weekend at Brands Hatch (“the Event”). It gives one entrant the chance to win paddock access, hands-on content creation experience alongside the Safety Rocks team, and to have their work published and promoted across Safety Rocks and partner channels.
This round is open for entries from
16th September 2026 to 26th September at 5pm. The Event takes place at Brands Hatch on 10th October 2026.
Safety Rocks may run further rounds of Fuel Her Voice® tied to other race weekends. Each round is a separate competition and will be governed by its own terms, which may differ from these.
3. How to Enter
Entries must be submitted via the official entry page at go.safetyrocks.co.uk/fhv . Entries submitted by any other means (e.g. direct message, email, or tagging on social media alone) will not be considered.
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• One entry per person for this round. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
• By entering, you confirm that your entry is your own original work and that you have the rights to submit it.
• Safety Rocks is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues, and cannot guarantee that every entry will be acknowledged individually.
• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. We do not knowingly accept entries from, or collect personal data about, anyone under 18.
• You must be a UK resident.
• Entry is open to those aligned with the Girls on Track UK programme.
• There is no minimum or maximum social media following required to enter.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of Safety Rocks Limited, Girls on Track UK, Motorsport UK, the Wera Tools F4 British Championship, or anyone else professionally connected with the Competition, are not eligible to enter.
• Safety Rocks reserves the right to request proof of identity, age or eligibility at any point, and to disqualify any entry that does not meet these criteria.
For this round, you may submit any of the following formats:
• Video — a short video (maximum 60 seconds), filmed on any device, about anything in motorsport.
• Photography — a single image or carousel with captions that tells a motorsport story.
• Written — a short piece of writing (post, article, caption or thread) about motorsport.
Your entry can be about anything in motorsport — a race, a person, a moment, a detail most people miss. We’re looking for instinct and story, not production value.
Entries must not contain anything offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, or in breach of a third party’s rights (including copyright, trademark or privacy rights). Safety Rocks may reject any entry that breaches this at its sole discretion.
Entries will be judged by a panel including Carla Crocombe (Safety Rocks) and other judges confirmed by Safety Rocks and, where agreed, Girls on Track UK and/or Motorsport UK. Entries will be assessed on:
• Creative eye — does the entry find something interesting and make us want to know more?
• Communication skills — is the content clear, engaging and appropriate for social media?
• Genuine enthusiasm for motorsport.
Entries are not judged on safety knowledge, existing following size, or production quality. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
Winner(s) of this round will receive:
• A behind-the-scenes day at the Wera Tools F4 British Championship Brands Hatch race weekend.
• Paddock access throughout the day, accompanied by a Safety Rocks team member.
• The opportunity to interview F4 team representatives on camera, subject to availability on the day.
• Content creation experience alongside the Safety Rocks team.
• Publication of their content across Safety Rocks and partner channels, with credit, subject to their consent.
• Social amplification from Safety Rocks, British F4 and Girls on Track UK accounts, where agreed by those partners.
More than one winner may be selected for this round, at Safety Rocks’ discretion. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is not transferable. Travel to and from Brands Hatch is the winner’s own responsibility unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
The prize is subject to Safety Rocks securing paddock access for the Event. If access cannot be confirmed for any reason outside our control, Safety Rocks reserves the right to amend, postpone or, as a last resort, cancel this round, and will contact affected entrants to explain.
The winner(s) will be contacted using the details provided at entry, approximately one week before the Event. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time (we will confirm this when we contact you), we reserve the right to withdraw the prize offer and select an alternative winner.
Before attending the Event, winners will be asked to sign a consent form covering the use of their content and likeness and will be briefed on what to expect from the day, including a shot list or content brief appropriate to their format, and guidance on the paddock.
If you are selected as a winner, we will record and use photographs, video and other content of you and your work produced during the Event. By taking part as a winner and signing the consent form, you agree that Safety Rocks and its partners (Girls on Track UK, Motorsport UK and the Wera Tools F4 British Championship) may publish your content, likeness and attributed credit across their own channels, and that those partners may amplify it on their own channels.
This use is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawing consent will not affect anything already published, and we cannot always guarantee removal of content already shared or republished by partner organisations.
Any personal data you provide as part of this Competition will be used by Safety Rocks Limited in accordance with our Privacy Statement & Fair Processing Policy, available at safetyrocks.co.uk, which explains what we collect, why, and your rights. By entering, you confirm you have read and understood that policy.
• Safety Rocks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms, or who is found to have entered fraudulently or acted with intent to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition.
• Safety Rocks reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this round of the Competition at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control, and will not be liable for any resulting loss.
• Safety Rocks accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants or winners taking part in the Competition or attending the Event, except where caused by our negligence, and except for anything that cannot be excluded or limited by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
• These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
• Any personal information you provide will only be used as set out in these terms and our Privacy Statement, and will not be passed to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
If you have a complaint about how this Competition has been run, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it.
